Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Aera, the service at aeraos.ai (“Aera,” “we,” “us”). By creating a workspace or using the product, you agree to them.

What Aera is

Aera is a marketing operating system: a Brand Brain, specialist agents (Scout, Surgeon, Studio, Editor, Publisher, Buyer, Brief), and an autonomy slider from Guided to Autopilot. It plans, creates, and ships SEO, ads, and social on a leash you hold.

The trial

You pick a plan, add a card, and start a 3-day Guided trial at $0. On day 4 Stripe bills that plan monthly unless you cancel. First live ads, first publish to a new channel, money-page overwrites, and large spend changes always come to you — including on Autopilot.

Your workspace

You are responsible for the offer, landing pages, claims, and brand materials you put into Aera. You grant us a limited license to use that material solely to operate the department for your workspace. You do not grant us a license to reuse it for other customers.

Ads and advertiser of record

Unless you connect your own ad accounts, Aera may run Google and Meta campaigns as advertiser of record on isolated child accounts named for your workspace. Spend is prepaid. Once added to an ad account for spend, those funds are not refundable — including unused balance. Reports are filtered to your workspace only. You authorize us to act on your behalf for those placements, inside the caps you set.

Credits and media

AI credits pay for research, copy, stills, and video jobs. Media spend is separate and prepaid. Credits never buy ads. Unused credits do not roll into media, and media never draws from credits. Ad-account deposits are final; see Refunds.

Acceptable use

• No prohibited products, deceptive claims, or policy-violating ads.
• No attempts to bypass spend caps, the Editor, or escalation rules.
• No scraping, reselling, or attacking the service.

We may pause or close a workspace that breaks these rules or platform policies.

Intellectual property

Aera, the agents, and the product remain ours. Work generated for your workspace is yours to use for your brand, subject to third-party model and platform terms.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise a particular ROAS, ranking, or volume. Metrics shown in Brief come from the platforms — we do not invent them. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes
